Your account and registration

How do I register with you?

Register for an account to order your NHS prescriptions online.

Alternatively, download the Superdrug Pharmacy App to manage your prescriptions.

What can I do from my account?

After you log in to your account, you will see a dashboard with the different actions you can take. This includes:

  • updating your account details, including address and contact information
  • adding an exemption
  • ordering a prescription
  • adding a dependant
  • sending us a message

How do I change my personal details?

Some details, including your address and contact information, can be changed in the Account Details section in your account.

If you need help making changes please contact Customer Services on 01706 300 210.

How do I send you my proof of exemption?

You can send proof of your exemption from prescription payment by uploading a scan to the My Exemptions section in your account.

How do I change my communications preferences?

You can change your communications preferences through the Account Details section in your account.

I cannot access my account, what should I do?

In the first instance we recommend that you reset your password.
