Our delivery is fast, discreet and free.

Where we deliver

We deliver prescriptions throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

We can deliver to your home or work address.

We do not deliver to:

  • virtual address services like Parcel Motel and Parcel Wizard
  • other pharmacies or pharmacy service providers
  • Northern Ireland

Packaging, dispatch and deliveries

Once your request is accepted, most orders are dispatched within 5 working days from when the prescription arrives. 

All items are sent via Royal Mail or your local Superdrug Pharmacy, which includes individuals in our employment or contracted third parties (GoPhr or CitySprint). Orders dispatched by Royal Mail will require a signature on receipt of delivery, and they aim to deliver within 2-3 working day.

Packaging is left plain with nothing to indicate that the package contains prescription medicines.

For items that require special delivery (for example medications that need to be kept in the fridge, or Controlled Drugs), we may deliver these medications:

  • using a different third-party courier
  • from a Superdrug Pharmacy close to your chosen delivery address

 

We are not liable for any loss or damage to your medicines that occurs after delivery. We are also not liable for any personal data on the delivered items being seen by a third party after delivery.

You must promptly check all medications upon receipt. Never take any medication that appears tampered with or seems to have been dispensed in error. If your order appears damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately.

Unwanted Medicines

You can return any unwanted medicines to any pharmacy and they will dispose of them safely. 

If you have any liquid medicines or medicines in glass containers, please send us a message through your account and we’ll advise how to package these items appropriately.

Damaged or faulty goods

It’s important to us that you receive the correct medication as quickly as possible. 

If, however, your prescription appears to be damaged or if the delivery appears to be incorrect, please contact your pharmacy directly via the Profile section of the website.

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so at any time up until we start to process the prescription.
