Packaging, dispatch and deliveries
Once accepted, the majority of items are dispatched using Royal Mail on the day of the order apart from Saturdays and Sundays. Packaging is left plain with nothing to indicate that the package contains prescription medicines.
Refrigerated medicines are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent in thermal insulated packaging.

All items require a signature on receipt of delivery with the exception of items that fit through your letterbox and you have consented to have posted through your letterbox.

We are happy to accept any unwanted medicines, you can return any unwanted medicines to freepost Superdrug Online Pharmacy. Alternatively you can take your unwanted medicines to any pharmacy and they will dispose of them safely. If you have any liquid medicines or medicines in glass containers please send us a message through your account and we will advise how to package these items appropriately
Damaged or faulty goods
It’s important to us that you receive the correct medication as quickly as possible. If, however, your prescription appears to be damaged or if the delivery appears to be incorrect please contact Customer Services immediately on 0333 313 4957. We will make every effort to replace any damaged products.
Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel your order you can do so at any time up until we start to process the prescription. If you wish to cancel your order you can do so by messaging us through your account or by calling us on 0333 313 4957
