Confirming your order

After placing your prescription request you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order. Please note this does not mean your request has been accepted. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an email that confirms your prescription has been received and is being processed.

If you find that your order has been declined, we will contact you to inform you of the reason why this happened, and if you pay for your prescription, you will be fully refunded on the same payment card.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We can only deliver your NHS prescription to addresses in the UK
Do I need to sign for my medication when it arrives?
No, you do not need to be in to sign for your order. We will simply deliver through your letterbox.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order you can do so at any time up until we start to process the prescription. If you wish to cancel your order you can do so by messaging us through your account or by calling us on 0333 313 4957
How will my order be delivered?
The majority of orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. Packaging is left plain with nothing to indicate that the package contains prescription medicines.
What are your delivery costs?
